This was not an expanded version!

I read all of these stories when they first came out:
Dragonmen Book 1: Mate Hunt
Dragonmen 2
Dragonmen 3: Mate Dance.
Then I saw that Book 1 was released as Mate Hunt: Dragon Men with the information that it was "expanded" and re-edited. I bought it to see what was expanded. There were more scenes and details. So I was OK with it.
However, when the #2 book was released as Mate Test: Dragon Men, it also said it was "expanded" and re-edited. That was an outright lie! Nothing was expanded about this book at all! I feel like I was tricked so I requested my money back. If you've never read anything in the Dragon Men series, it's OK. But for those of use looking for an expanded work, this was a ripoff.

It was good, but sort of expected more

I think that the story was good, but at the same time I would have liked it to be somewhat deeper. It certainly has the potential to be a bigger and more elaborate one.

Good but wished for more

It was a good book but very short. I didn't even really resolve one of the major issues that the main character was dealing with which was such a great disappointment. Even though he had found his mate, he still mourned for his lost lover and even towards the end was thinking about him. It would have been nice to read that he had fallen in love with his mate and that he had made peace with his lovers death but unfortunately that never came about. So all in all it was a good read but it left much to be desired.
