A Thorough Overview of the Case

If you are interested in true crime as I am and especially crimes committed among family members, then I recommend this book for you. I believe that the previous reviewer was correct in that the book is a synopsis of all newspaper articles that were written about the Christopher Porco case. That's not a bad thing if the author is able to expound on the details. I think it's a worthwhile book and I enjoyed it immensely. I did follow the case in the Times Union and it is a fascinating story. There was a lot of duplication from the internet to the book but the author still managed to weave a story from the online articles. The cost of this book is its biggest problem.

Thought the book was well prepared and edited. It gave me a good idea of what happened and I thought it was impartial, not siding with either prosecution or defense. I'm sure glad I wasn't on that jury.

Save your money

For almost $15 you would expect more than 2" margins on each side of the page and at least a couple of pictures. None.
This book could have been published for $3.00. Learned nothing that wasn't on Dateline. Save your money and read the Wiki sight...same info. :/
